THE £5 NOTE WAS ISSUED TO MARK JACK'S REMARKABLE CAREER AND IS THE FIRST TIME A COMMEMORATIVE NOTE HAS BEEN ISSUED OUTSIDE THE ROYAL FAMILY BY THE RBS TO A LIVING PERSON.
